Service Agreement

By agreeing you are indicating that you understand and voluntarily accept any risks associated with any use of the services Denver Dog LLC provides. Except where prohibited by law, Client agrees that Denver Dog LLC will not be liable for any injury, including, without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss, injury due to fighting (bites), exercise, loss due to escape or any other damage to client or his/her pet(s) resulting from the acts or omissions of Denver Dog LLC or anyone acting on Denver Dog LLC behalf, or anyone using the services of Denver Dog LLC and Client agrees to release and hold harmless Denver Dog LLC and its employees, members, contractors or others acting on its behalf from any liability pertaining to the services provided.
